Lower dose B complex to use throughout the day?

I think most B complex supplements which are dosed QD go overboard with megadoses and that much is likely wasted taking it all at one time. Wouldn't it be better to have a smaller dose spread throughout the day? Say 3 times a day.

It depends on the form of B vitamins they use. Most basic ones are not as bioavailable, and you pee a lot of them out. However, there are some forms that reach higher plasma levels that are good. Also, a time-release system would be ideal. Taking multiple doses can be a deal breaker for some people. A time-release active B complex would be a cool thing to do, though.
