I ordered some phenibut on saturday and the package tracker is still saying “package acceptance pending”. Is this normal?

Yeah, it's the tracking delays that are causing the most headaches for us. Customers don't see it update, so they think it is not moving. However, then it gets there before they even get a tracking update. It's good they are getting there quickly, but we need tracking to update to prevent tons of support tickets.

If you order before 4pm on Saturday, it should go out that same day. However, USPS has been having issues with not scanning packages to get them out faster. They are essentially trying to save time by taking the big bins
