I'm a regular customer from Canada. I read on another sub that noots supplies are going to be in jeopardy due to slow down in China from Corona virus. Any truth to it? How many months of inventory supplies do you have stocked up?

We have been preparing for it for a long time. We knew about the virus from our Chinese suppliers long before everyone started freaking out about it. Our contacts in China, some of them in Wuhan proper, were relaying us information about how bad things were. Then one day they all stopped and started saying "Don't worry, the government has it under control. Nothing to worry about." This was literally a complete 180 from the day before. Then we started to see the articles about people in China being put in prison for speaking out against the government's response to the virus. So we knew what was up. We had already been preparing for the Chinese New Year since all the way back in November. We just took things more seriously once we started hearing these things from our contacts in China. So we were better prepared than most. However, we can only prepare for so long. Depending on how long this carries on for, we might start running into issues. We are on top of our game, though. We are doing everything we can to ensure things stay in stock.
People thought I was crazy when I was having my wife stock up on shit for our house over a month ago. I knew this would get bad, and I knew people would overreact and go crazy buying things. It's dumb, but predictable. So just stay calm, take all the precautions you can, and be vigilant when you are out in groups of people. Wash your hands and don't touch your face. That can be difficult, but you just have to be cognizant of it. This is not the end of the world, but it is also not "just the flu" like some people are saying. We are taking it seriously. If you need something from us, make sure you get it now. If things spread to Arizona like they are in Italy, I am going to take things seriously and consider adjusting our operations to avoid my employees catching or spreading it. We already have enhanced biological protections going on as we speak, and are keeping people home if they have any symptoms of any sickness. However, I can't predict the future. Hopefully things are taken seriously and it gets under control quickly. If it gets out of control here, I can't guarantee we can maintain seamless operations from a customer perspective.
