Yes, I prefer NMN. It converts into NR in the body anyway, and I can actually feel effects from it. I have never personally felt effects from NR by itself.

It's very expensive to make. You need to do a enzymatic technique to get pure NMN. Only recently have they been able to optimize it a bit to get the costs down. It was 3X the price up until recently. There was cheap norm

I don't trust Colmeric for any testing anymore. The latest from S&N says they used area percent to determine purity, which is garbage chemistry. So I would not trust that data, either.
