No, it stays intact until it gets absorbed by your body. That's kind of how it works. If it dissociated in solution like a salt would, it would not have the better absorption and lack of GI upset effects. The fact that it stays intact and absorbs as a sucrosome of magnesium is the key.

That's because it is surrounded by a sucrose ester to make it more bioavailable. It's not meant to be fully water soluble in that form. That's the nature of the bioavailability matrix it uses. Nothing to be worried about
