I would really like to see the first one really.
Any chance to elaborate further regarding those substances?

What are your thoughts on Methylene Blue? I read some extremely interesting research, and the mechanisms involved make it seem like the unicorn, something that can enhance cellular energy production without triggering downregulation (in theory) because of how precisely and specifically it works (something to do with substituting for ubiquinol I believe and having more electrons for exchange?).
That all being said I had a bad feeling about it - probably just that it seems to be so potent in terms of transport into and actions within cells for my comfort without more human research. Everything I could find was either super acute (i.e administration for some surgical purpose) or only a few months for Alzheimers patients.
I'd be curious if you've gotten a better look at it then I and if you share the same apprehension or not.

It is very interesting, but the dosage is always such a huge question. There is no real set standard for the dosage people should be taking for nootropic purposes. I think it is lower than many people use. I also am not settled on the long-term safety, like you are. Acutely is is safe, but what happens with daily use for 6 months?
