Has anyone else ordered from ND to the UK? It was sent on the 12th and has spent the last 4 days in but nothing is happening.

That means it is waiting for clearance in UK customs. That's normal. The tracking won't update till UK customs clears the package and releases it. This is the same for any package coming from outside the UK. Tracking doesn't update till the package is cleared.
