Shipping to Mexico?

Hey everyone!
I wanted to order some Lion's mane 8:1 extract, but at the checkout page when entering Shipping details and clicking next, it says "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."
There are some re-sellers in Mexico, but they don't have the 8:1 extract which is the one I want for the ethanol soluble compounds that promote cognitive health.
Do you guys ship to Mexico, is it a website error?

Our distributor is adding it to his current order. So it should be available on nootropicsdepot.mx in about 2 weeks.
We stopped shipping direct to Mexico because of all the lost and delayed packages. It was getting out of control. So now we let our distributor there handle things. We can get bulk supply shipments to him easily using our contacts, but not single packages. So it is much easier to keep them stocked there than ship single orders to customers.
