How long are crypto payments going to be down?

Hi,
I have been disappointed to find I cannot use crypto currency lately at Nootropics Depot. Also it kind of seems out of the blue, no warning on the website, blog or reddit or anything that I could see. I just get to checkout and the only option is a debit/credit card now.
So yeah I just find it a little disturbing when something like that suddenly changes for the worst with no warning, so wondering what caused it and when it will be back? I like shopping at Nootropics Depot now, especially with cryptos, but I can get the stuff I need elsewhere with crypto too. The reasons I like ND is that you guys pack and ship fast, shipping cost is reasonable and quality is good. But without crypto or the ability to use those prepaid visa/mastercard cards it leaves me SOL.

Bigcommerce made a change to their systems that broke the API at about 4am two days ago. This took down our cryptocurrency payment integration. Our developer is currently working with a developer from Bigcommerce to identify and fix the issue. As with anything technical, it's hard to give estimates till we have more information. That being said, it is only a single function in the API that stopped working. So I am hopeful they will fix it quickly.
