Yeast extract as a B-vitamins supplement?
Original post in this thread

The yeast extract description contains the following line:
Yeast extracts tend to be a good source of B vitamins, especially B1-3, B6 and B12.
How high is the B-vitamins content? Would yeast extract be a good replacement for a B-multivitamin?
Thanks

I have not done a full B panel analysis of the yeast extract, but I suppose we could to get those numbers. Let me speak to my lab director about it.
