Phospholipid Omega 3 from Roe - Romega

I'd be interested in a roe sourced phospholipid omega 3 supplement such as Romega. The reason I'm interested in it over krill is Romega seems to be significantly more concentrated and costs less.

Krill: 500mg 57mg/35mg dha/epa
Romega: 500mg 145mg/43mg dha/epa (converted from 600mg 175mg/52mg)
That's 2.5x the DHA and a bit more EPA. And it is only 2/3 the price of the krill.
Romega even seems to have astaxanthin in it (unless Swanson adds that in themselves).
Bulletproof uses Romega in their blend which is actually quite well done. It contains Romega, Astaxanthin, GLA, krill, and regular fish oil. It looks like they add extra astaxanthin since 2mg is much higher than you'd get in straight krill. I'd love to see this if it's possible. Personally I'd like to see them go heavier on the Romega though (it's last in the ingredient order after regular fish oil and krill).

It looks like they are mixing in anchovy and sardine fish oil to boost the EPA/DHA. However, those will not be phospholipid-bound. So honestly this seem like a very misleading thing. They try to make you think all the 175mg/52mg are phospholipid-bound, but in fact only the herring-roe part of it will be. They don't split out the EPA/DHA from the roe. So we have no idea how much is actually phospholipid-bound. I can do some more research, and possibly get some in and have it tested. However, my first thought is this is a very clever way to mislead people. If the roe itself was the great alternative, why do all the extracts have anchovy and sardine oil in there as well? Why not sell the roe oil by itself? At least tell us how much of the EPA/DHA is from the roe!
