Difference between ND Citrulline Malate dosage and Examine's recommended dosage?

I'm looking at the product page for Nootropic Depot's Citrulline Malate:
http://nootropicsdepot.com/l-citrulline-malate-powder/
L CITRULLINE DOSAGE
As a dietary supplement, take 3000mg of L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 Powder once daily.
That dosage seems to be low compared to what Examine has on Citrulline:
https://examine.com/supplements/citrulline/
To supplement L-citrulline for circulatory health or to alleviate erectile dysfunction, take 1,000 mg of citrulline, three times a day with meals, for a total daily dose of 3,000 mg. L-citrulline does not need to be taken with meals, however.
To supplement for circulatory health with a citrulline malate supplement, take 1.76 g of citrulline malate for every 1 gram of citrulline you would normally take.
To supplement L-citrulline to enhance sports performance, take 6,000 – 8,000 mg of citrulline malate about an hour before exercise.
Since the ND product is citrulline malate, shouldn't the minimum dose be ~ 5g for circulatory health and ~10g for sports performance?

Pretty much everyone standardizes to 3g as a dose size for citrulline malate. Most do suggest taking multiple doses per day, though. So we might be more accurate in suggesting 3g before and after a workout, or just 2x daily. I can speak to my team about it, and put a label change request through.
