Payment affected, charged, but says I have to correct order before shipment. I entered in all the info possible.

Used a card that works just like debit, it’s a Visa card that gets loaded every other week from work, what do you guys use to process credit cards? I would gladly be a regular customer if we can get this sorted out ASAP. I was going to order more but it says in a new email:

But I can provide info It was paid on my end you want I’ll send you my statement if needed. I was charged 31.19$ to research phenibute, but not if stuff like this is common. I just lost that money and unless I chargeback (which I will wait it out and see what happens) I’m screwed out of the little money I have to budget. Thank you for all your help.
Edit: was refunded the money, but they blamed it on my end (bank processed and I didn’t give enough time for it to go through)

Taken care of. Could’ve possibly had been an error on my part. In future I’ll use a different kind of payment. Should I delete this thread or keep it to remind credit card members who get paid through work should be careful ordering?
