Why am I paying so much shipoing fees?

Live in Canada. I bought 4 items and ND used
DHL delivery this time and they made me pay an extra $25 for processing fee and refused to deliver wo one. I've ordered so many times before so why have I never seen this fee? Plz help

Is DHL making you pay these fees separate from paying for the shipping on our site? They might be import duties, which is your government. However, they should not be charging you more private fees. Please email our support team at [email protected] with the details, and we can reach out to our DHL rep about it. If DHL changed something, we will get to the bottom of it.
