Has anyone had any success with digestive support supplements? The "NOW Super Enzymes" has stellar reviews and I'm considering trying it since I still experience some, um, digestive distress with paleo.

I've tried to recommend it to many people now!
Since I started taking it about 7 months ago I haven't had a cold or flu at all, when usually I would. A couple of times I've felt a very subtle start of something that seems recognisable as the beginning of a cold in the back of my throat, but then it goes away and the next day it's gone. As surprisingly great as this is, I still feel like it has to be only a matter of time before I come down with something, as it still feels too good to be true.
I have tried to find really good sources to show people but I'm not sure what I've seen is good enough. Is there anything you can point me to that I can throw at them?

It's amazing how well it works. I sometimes get the back of the throat feeling, but then it fade away, and I avoid actually getting sick.
