It depends on how you take my comment, thus the preface. I was not overtly trying to be sexist. I was merely talking from my experience with large groups of women being together for long periods of time. I think 100 men by themselves on a planet would not end well either, even apart from the obvious lack of reproduction.

Because their taxes will also pay for the war. The amendment has to many holes to implement properly.
