Replying to chaosink · Try a Founders All Day IPA for a nice floral 5% session also.
I will have to try and find it. I'm in Arizona. I think Founders distributes here. Right now I have a saison with saaz hops fermenting. After that is done, I am going to try a session IPA dry hopped with some saaz and citra. Could turn out pretty good.

Replying to parrottail · 3.9% is a good session brew. drinking hop juice alll day just kills your taste buds.
Why not both? Citra Session is a hoppy session ale. A little higher at 5%, though. It's delicious!

Replying to EchoesOfSanity · Will this cause the flavor of the beer to change over time? As less beer is left in the keg, will it gain more hop characteristics?
Yes, this is why a Randalizer would work better. By better, I mean it would provide a more consistent hop flavor throughout the beer.
